MAYBE YOU DREAM OF GOING TO FARM BECAUSE YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO ONE. BUT CLOSE YOUR EYES OR IF YOU PREFER TO KEEP THEM OPEN AND THINK ABOUT THE SIGHTS OF A FARM. THE SMELLS OF A FARM. THE SOUNDS OF A FARM. HOW IT FEELS AND THEN HOW IT FEELS WITH YOUR SPIRIT. EVERYBODY TAKE A NICE DEEP BREATH. BREATHE IN THAT COOL OCTOBER AIR. AND LET IT GO. EXCELLENT AND IF YOU HAVE YOUR EYES CLOSED, I ENCOURAGE YOU TO OPEN THEM UP. SO DID ANYBODY HAVE ANY GOOD FARM IMAGES? ANY FUNNY? SMELLS OKAY, SO WHEN I SENT THE AGENDA, I DID ASK FOR EVERYBODY TO THINK ABOUT THE PERSONAL OBJECTIVE OF THE MEETING. AND IF YOU DIDN'T HEAR MY MESSAGE A FEW MINUTES AGO. WHAT I WANT YOU TO DO IS TAKE YOUR SHEET OF PAPER. YOUR STICKY NOTE AND I WANT TO THINK ABOUT THE NEXT HOUR AND A HALF HOUR AND 20 MINUTES. WHAT ARE YOUR OBJECTIVES? WHAT IS YOUR MAIN OBJECTIVE? FOR THE FOR BEING HERE? MAYBE YOU HAVE TO BE HERE. MAYBE SOMEONE ASKED YOU TO BE HERE. DO YOU WANT TO GATHER INFORMATION? ARE YOU TAKING IT BACK TO YOUR CAMPUS, OR DO YOU JUST WANT TO MEET? MEET SOME OTHER KIDS FROM ANOTHER CAMPUS OR OTHER ADULTS? SO THINK ABOUT YOUR OBJECTIVE AND YOU CAN WRITE A LITTLE SENTENCE. YOU CAN WRITE ONE OR TWO WORDS. AND UM, LET'S SEE BETHENNY BETHENNY HERE, OKAY? DO WE HAVE A PRICE? YES WE HAVE A PRIZE. SO AT THE END OF THE MEETING WHAT I'M GONNA HAVE YOU DO SO FLIP OVER YOUR STICKY NOTES. AND ON THE BACK. OKAY, SO PUT YOUR BIRTHDAY AND AT THE END, WE'RE GOING TO COLLECT YOUR RESPONSES AND WHOEVER'S BIRTHDAY WE DRAW WE'RE GOING TO HAVE A LITTLE FUN PRIZE FOR YOU. SO IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PEN, SEE IF SOMEONE AROUND YOU HAS A PEN, WE ARE GOING TO GET UP FOR A BRAIN BREAK IN A LITTLE BIT. AND SO IF YOU NEED A PEN AT THAT POINT, YOU CAN SNAG A PEN FROM SOMEONE. OKAY SO ONCE AGAIN, I'M VERY HAPPY. EVERYBODY IS HERE. AND WELCOME TO SHOCK. AT THIS TIME, WE WOULD LIKE TO CELEBRATE SHARED DREAMS PILE PILE IF YOU COULD JUST GIVE A LITTLE STAND PILE PRETTY IS IN THE DISTRICT AND SHE WORKS WITH SHARED DREAMS . WE'RE DOING A DONATION DRIVE. THEY'RE HITTING 35 YEARS CORRECT 35 YEARS. SO AT THIS SHOCK MEETING AND ALSO THE DECEMBER MEETING, WE ARE GOING TO BE BRINGING CANNED GOODS PACKAGED GOODS, YOU CAN BRING LITTLE PACKAGES OF PRETZELS. FRUIT SNACKS, PEANUT BUTTER IN PLASTIC CONTAINERS, JELLY AND PLASTIC CONTAINERS, AND WE ARE HOPING THAT THE DISTRICT CAN ROLL OUT.

THIS MIGHT BE AN INITIATIVE STUDENTS THAT YOU TAKE BACK TO YOUR CAMPUS. MAYBE YOU ASK THE AP IF YOU CAN HAVE A BOX AND PUT IT UP FOR SHARED DREAMS, SO YOU KNOW, THIS IS CERTAINLY COULD BE A STUDENT INITIATIVE. BUT WITH SHOCK, I'M GOING TO SEND REMINDERS. BUT BE SURE IF YOU CAN BRING IT TO THE DECEMBER SHOCK MEETING. SO THERE'S THEIR CELEBRATION. EVERYBODY IS INVITED TO THE CELEBRATION. WE ARE GOING TO BE SENDING OUT THE SLIDE. SO IF YOU OR YOUR PARENTS OR INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY WANT TO ATTEND THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY IS WELCOME. SO AT THIS TIME, I HAVE TWO NEW MEMBERS OF SHOCK. [00:05:05]

THOSE ARE TWO NEW SHOCK MEMBERS WERE GRATEFUL FOR EVERYBODY WHO IS A MEMBER. WE DO HAVE TO KEEP OUR ROSTER AT 40. AT THIS TIME. I'D LIKE TO GO IN AND INTRODUCE MY EXECUTIVE TEAM ONCE AGAIN.

IT'S MORE ORGANIZATION AND KEEPING THINGS

[II. Presentations]

FLOWING. SO WE WOULD LOVE TO HAVE MORE PEOPLE ON THE EXECUTIVE TEAM. AND AT THIS TIME I WOULD LIKE TO INVITE DOCTOR UNIQUE AND RUTH RUTH UP AND SHE WILL BE DISCUSSING THE STUDENT ENGAGEMENT SURVEYS, SO SHE'S GOING TO TELL YOU I SEE THE STUDENTS KIND OF SCATTERED THROUGHOUT. THIS IS SURVEYS THAT I THINK YOU GUYS HAVE ANSWERED, SO PAY ATTENTION, AND YOU CAN TAKE THIS INFORMATION BACK TO YOUR SCHOOLS. PLEASE HELP ME. WELCOME DR. UNIQUE SORRY TO STUDY UP. THANK YOU SO MUCH. I'M REALLY EXCITED TO BE HERE TO SHARE THE RESULTS OF THE STUDENT ENGAGEMENTS ARE RAISED WITH YOU ALL. THIS WAS INFORMATION THAT WAS SHARED WITH THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES LAST MONTH AS WELL, SO WE'LL JUST KIND OF BE ZOOMING IN ON JUST THE STUDENT PORTION OF THAT. SO I KIND OF EXPLAIN WHAT THE SURVEY LOOKED LIKE SOME OF THE KEY FINDINGS AND ALSO BE ABLE TO TAKE SOME QUESTIONS AT THE END. HMM. SO WITH OUR STUDENT ENGAGEMENT SURVEY, THIS IS ACTUALLY OUR THIRD YEAR OF ADMINISTRATION FOR OUR SECONDARY STUDENTS, SO STUDENTS IN GRADES SIX THROUGH 12 HAVE TAKEN IT FOR THREE YEARS, AND OUR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS HAVE ACTUALLY TAKEN IT FOR TWO YEARS, AND THAT WOULD BE ELEMENTARY STUDENTS IN GRADES THREE THROUGH FIVE. WE KIND OF LOOK AT THIS STUDENT ENGAGEMENT SURVEY RESULTS WHAT I'LL BE SHARING WITH YOU ARE SOME KEY FINDINGS AND TRENDS. SO WHAT ARE THE PATTERNS THAT WE NOTICED? AND THEN AFTERWARDS I'LL BE SHARING SOME OF THE NEXT STEPS. SO WHAT ARE THE THINGS THAT THE DISTRICT HAS IDENTIFIED THAT WE WANT TO ADDRESS MOVING FORWARD AND WHAT'S THE PROCESS THAT WE'RE USING TO HELP ADDRESS SOME OF THOSE KEY FINDINGS? SO AS I KIND OF BEGIN JUST TO SHARE A LITTLE BIT OF BACKGROUND INFORMATION IN TERMS OF HOW WE DEFINE STUDENT ENGAGEMENT IN FORT BEND SD. UM WHEN WE LOOK AT MEASURING THAT WE REALLY LOOK AT WHAT ARE CALLED THREE DIMENSIONS . SO WE LOOK AT BEHAVIORAL ENGAGEMENT, WHICH IS HOW STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES ON CAMPUS. SO THIS COULD BE CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS . THIS COULD BE ATHLETICS THOSE TYPES OF EVENTS THERE. WE ALSO LOOK AT THEIR EMOTIONAL ENGAGEMENT. SO HOW DO THEY INTERACT WITH ADULTS AND PEERS ON THEIR CAMPUS AS WELL AS HOW DO THEY FEEL ABOUT BEING AT SCHOOL? AND THEN THE THIRD DIMENSION THAT WE LOOK AT IS THEIR COGNITIVE ENGAGEMENT. SO HOW INVESTED OUR STUDENTS IN THEIR LEARNING? HOW MUCH DO THEY ENJOY THEIR LEARNING? HOW MUCH DO THEY FEEL LIKE THEY'RE GETTING OUT OF THEIR LEARNING. WHEN I SHARE THE INFORMATION HERE, I'M ACTUALLY GONNA BREAK IT INTO TWO PIECES. I'LL SHARE THE INFORMATION FROM THE SECONDARY STUDENTS AND THEN I'LL SHARE THE INFORMATION FROM THE ELEMENTARY STUDENTS AS WELL. YOU LOOK OVERALL IN FORT BEND SD. WE HAVE APPROXIMATELY 45,000 SECONDARY STUDENTS IN FOUR BEND. UM LAST YEAR WE HAD 24,319 STUDENTS PARTICIPATE IN THE SURVEY. UM, THIS IS BASED OUT OF STUDENTS WHO WERE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE. SO WHEN PARENTS ENROLL STUDENTS, ONE OF THE OPTIONS IS TO GIVE PERMISSION FOR STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN SURVEYS. AND THAT TYPE OF THING THERE. SO THOSE 24,000 STUDENTS REPRESENTED APPROXIMATELY 69% OF ALL OF THE ELIGIBLE STUDENTS WHO WERE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE. AND THIS WAS A DECREASE IN THE PERCENTAGE OF STUDENTS, BUT WE ACTUALLY HAD ABOUT 1000. MORE STUDENTS PARTICIPATE THIS PAST YEAR THAN WE HAD THE YEAR BEFORE , BECAUSE WE HAD MORE STUDENTS WHOSE PARENTS OPTED IN TO BE ABLE TO ALLOW STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE. ON THE CHART ON THE RIGHT. YOU CAN KIND OF SEE THE REPRESENTATION ACROSS THE DIFFERENT STUDENT GROUPS IN THE DISTRICT SO YOU CAN SEE THAT WHAT THE COMPOSITION IS FOR ALL OF THE SECONDARY FORTMAN STUDENTS AS WELL AS THOSE FOR THE STUDENTS WHO ACTUALLY PARTICIPATED IN THE SURVEY. SO HOPEFULLY WHAT YOU'LL SEE THERE IS THAT OUR RESULTS WERE FAIRLY REPRESENTATIVE. WE HAD A GOOD COMPARATIVE GROUP COMPARED TO THE OVERALL A STUDENT POPULATION. WHEN WE LOOK AT THE ACTUAL INDIVIDUAL DIMENSIONS, SO THE WAY THE SURVEY IS SET UP IS THAT THE SURVEY IS ACTUALLY BROKEN INTO THREE PARTS AND THE QUESTIONS SOME OF THEM CONNECT TO SPECIFIC DIMENSIONS. AND THOSE COME FROM BOTH THE MIDDLE SCHOOL AND THE HIGH SCHOOL SURVEY FOR STUDENT ENGAGEMENT.

THE NATIONALLY NORM SURVEY THAT HAS QUESTIONS THAT CORRESPOND DIRECTLY TO THOSE CATEGORIES. UM AT THE DISTRICT LEVEL, WE DID ADD ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS TO COLLECT INFORMATION FROM STUDENTS ABOUT LIKE STUDENT OWNERSHIP OF LEARNING. WE ASKED THEM ABOUT BEHAVIOR, HEALTH AND WELLNESS THIS YEAR AND SOME OTHER QUESTIONS THAT HELP US AND GETTING INFORMATION ABOUT SOME DISTRICT PRIORITIES. WHEN YOU LOOK HERE WHAT HOW STUDENTS ANSWERED THE QUESTIONS AS THEY WOULD RESPOND WITH AN ANSWER, AND WE WOULD ASSIGN THAT A VALUE OF 1 TO 4. SO IF YOU SAID, YOU STRONGLY AGREED WITH SOMETHING THAT MIGHT BE ASSIGNED A VALUE OF FOUR WHERE IF YOU STRONGLY

[00:10:04]

DISAGREED WITH SOMETHING THAT MIGHT BE ASSIGNED A VALUE OF ONE SO WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE SHORT RIGHT HERE, WHERE IT TALKS ABOUT THE OVERALL SCORED, THAT WOULD BE THE AVERAGE FOR ALL OF THE QUESTIONS IN THAT CATEGORY. SO FOR BEHAVIORAL ENGAGEMENT, THAT AVERAGE WAS 2.78. THAT'S ACTUALLY ABOUT A 5% DROP FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR, WHICH MEANS THAT WE SAW LOWER BEHAVIORAL ENGAGEMENT THAN WE HAD IN PREVIOUS YEARS. YOU LOOK AT EMOTIONAL ENGAGEMENT AND YOU CAN SEE THAT THAT WAS AT 2.82, WHICH ALSO REPRESENTED ABOUT A 1 TO 2% DROP COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS YEAR, AND OUR COGNITIVE ENGAGEMENT DROPPED SLIGHTLY AS WELL. IN ORDER TO KIND OF UNDERSTAND WHAT THIS NUMBER MEANS. WE WANT TO LOOK AT THE ENGAGEMENT SCORE SCALES. YOU CAN SEE THAT KIND OF CHART ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. SO EVEN THOUGH THE NUMBERS DID DROP FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR, HE'LL NOTICE THAT ALL OF OUR ENGAGEMENT LEVELS ARE IN THAT MODERATE RANGE FOR SECONDARY STUDENTS, SO WE ALWAYS WANT TO SHOOT TO BE HIGHER. BUT OUR SCORES WERE KIND OF IN THAT MODERATE. WE WANT TO KIND OF SHOOT AND MOVE THOSE INTO THE HIGH ENGAGEMENT LEVEL. WHEN WE LOOK AT KIND OF ZOOM IN ON EACH OF THOSE DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS, WHAT I'M GOING TO SHARE OUR AREAS OF STRENGTH IN AREAS OF CONCERN. SO HOW WE IDENTIFIED WHAT THOSE WERE AS AREAS OF STRENGTH OR SOMETHING THAT WE SAW A POSITIVE CHANGE, OR WE SAW GROWTH IN AREAS OF CONCERN DID NOT NECESSARILY MEAN THAT IT WAS A BAD SCORE OR A LOW SCORE. BUT WE MIGHT HAVE SEEN A DECREASE FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR OR SOMETHING THAT WE WANT TO KEEP IN MIND TO CONTINUALLY ADDRESS AS WE MOVE FORWARD. SO IN TERMS OF BEHAVIORAL ENGAGEMENT FOR SECONDARY STUDENTS, ONE AREA OF STRENGTH THAT WE IDENTIFIED IS THAT TEACHERS WERE IDENTIFIED AS MORE AS A POSITIVE MOTIVATION FOR STUDENTS TO ATTEND SCHOOL COMPARED TO PREVIOUS YEARS. PREVIOUSLY PARENTS AND FRIENDS WERE ONE OF THE STRONGEST MOTIVATORS. BUT THIS YEAR WE SAW AN INCREASE IN TEACHERS BEING THAT MOTIVATOR. SOME AREAS OF CONCERN WHERE WE SAW SOME DROPS OR DECREASES IN TIME SPENT AND PARTICIPATING IN SCHOOL ACTIVITIES, SO THERE WAS LESS PARTICIPATION IN CLUBS AND ORGANIZATION. UM, AND THEY FELT THAT THEIR SCHOOLS CONTRIBUTED LESS AND LEARNING HOW TO TREAT OTHERS WITH RESPECT, SO THOSE WERE DROPS THAT WE HAD IDENTIFIED FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR. IN TERMS OF EMOTIONAL ENGAGEMENT, SO THIS IS THEIR INTERACTIONS WITH PEERS AND ADULTS ON CAMPUS AS WELL AS HOW THEY FELT AT SCHOOL. UM SOME OF THE AREAS OF CONCERN OR DROPS THAT WE SAW WERE THINGS WITH POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH SCHOOL STAFF AND OTHER STUDENTS.

SO HOW COMFORTABLE DID THEY FEEL TALKING TO OTHER STUDENTS? HOW WELL DO THEY FIT IN STUDENTS? ALSO, WE SAW DROPS IN THEIR FEELINGS OF SAFETY. SO HOW SAFE DO THEY FEEL AT SCHOOL OR HOW ACCEPTED DID THEY FEEL? UM STUDENTS REPORTED ALSO HAVING A DECREASE IN THE AVAILABILITY OF SUPPORT FROM STAFF. THIS WAS STILL AT A PRETTY HIGH LEVEL, BUT WE DID SEE A DECREASE COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS YEAR. I THINK IT WAS APPROXIMATELY 78 TO 85% OF STUDENTS SAID THEY FELT LIKE THEY HAD ADULTS THAT THEY COULD GO TO, BUT THERE WAS A SLIGHT DROP FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR. UM AND THEN STUDENTS REPORTED THAT THE THERE WAS A DECREASE IN THE CONSISTENCY OF APPLICATION OF RULES AND DISCIPLINE COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS YEAR. ONE OF THE AREAS OF STRENGTH THAT WE SAW THAT WE SAW MORE GROWTH IN WAS THAT STUDENTS INDICATED THEY HAVE A REALLY HIGH DESIRE TO GET GOOD GRADES AND WANTED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE WORLD ONCE THEY LEFT SCHOOL, SO WHEN THEY GOT TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD, THEY WANTED TO BE MORE SUCCESSFUL WITH THAT. IN TERMS OF COGNITIVE ENGAGEMENT. THIS IS WHERE STUDENTS ARE INTERACTING WITH THEIR LEARNING. HOW DID THEY FEEL? HOW ARE THEY MOTIVATED IN ORDER TO DO WELL? WE DID SEE, UM ARE AREAS OF CONCERN WHERE STUDENTS EXPRESSED A DECREASE IN THE RELEVANCE OF THE LEARNING.

THEY DIDN'T FEEL LIKE IT CONNECTED AS WELL. TWO THINGS THAT WERE HAPPENING IN THE OUTSIDE WORLD AND WE'RE LESS INTERESTED IN THOSE PARTICULAR LEARNING ACTIVITIES THAT WERE HAPPENING. UM STUDENTS ALSO REPORTED THAT THEY DIDN'T FEEL AS CHALLENGED WITH SOME OF THE CURRICULUM MATERIALS THAT THEY WERE PRESENTED WITH. THE THINGS DIDN'T CHALLENGE THEM TO THEIR FULL POTENTIAL, SO THERE'S DEFINITELY ROOM FOR GROWTH THERE IN TERMS OF HELPING TO MOTIVATE STUDENTS, AS WELL AS MAKING THEM FEEL MORE CONNECTED TO THE LEARNING THAT THEY'RE ENGAGING IN. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE. WITH THAT WE SAW STUDENTS REPORTED THAT THEY WERE GIVING MORE OF AN EFFORT TOWARDS THEIR ACADEMIC. SO EVEN THOUGH THEY DIDN'T FEEL CONNECTED TO THEM, STUDENTS WERE TRYING MORE IN ORDER TO DO WELL. AND ONE OF THE THINGS THAT THE DISTRICT HAD IDENTIFIED AS A GOAL FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR WAS WE HAD, UH, STUDENTS. YOU HAD REPORTED THAT THEY DIDN'T FEEL THAT ADULTS WERE CONNECTING WITH THEM ABOUT THEIR COLLEGE AND CAREER GOALS, AND WE DID EMPHASIZE WITH SOME SPECIFIC STRATEGIES LAST YEAR BEING SO HOPEFULLY HELP YOU GROW WITH IT, AND WE DID SEE AN INCREASE IN ENGAGEMENT WITH STUDENTS TRYING TO DEFINE WHETHER ACADEMIC GOALS WERE AFTER THEY GET OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL SO MORE STUDENTS REPORTED BEING ABLE TO TALK TO AN ADULT ABOUT THEIR CAREER IN COLLEGE GOALS. THIS YEAR THAN THEY HAD IN PREVIOUS YEARS. IF WE SHIFT YOUR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS, SO ELEMENTARY STUDENTS IN GRADES THREE THROUGH FIVE WERE THE ONES WHO WERE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SURVEY. THIS SURVEY WAS ACTUALLY DEVELOPED FROM THE STUDENT ENGAGEMENT INSTRUMENT, SO IT'S A SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT SURVEY THAN THE ONE FOR SECONDARY STUDENTS. OBVIOUSLY, THE STRUCTURE OF THE SURVEY WOULD BE A LITTLE BIT DIFFERENT BECAUSE IT'S A STUDENT'S GRADE THREE THROUGH FIVE. UH IN ORDER TO ACCOMMODATE AND MAKE SURE THAT READING LEVEL WASN'T A BARRIER FOR STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE. THESE UM, THE SURVEY WAS ACTUALLY READ ALOUD. IT'S ALL STUDENTS THAT THEY HAD ACCESS AND CAN UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE QUESTIONS AND THEY COULD ASK CLARIFYING CLARIFICATION IF THEY NEEDED TO. OF THE APPROXIMATELY 17,000 FORT BEND STUDENTS THAT WE HAVE IN GRADES THREE THROUGH FIVE. WE HAD 11,000 STUDENTS

[00:15:05]

THAT PARTICIPATED IN THE SURVEY, WHICH REPRESENTED ABOUT 88% OF ALL ELIGIBLE ELEMENTARY STUDENTS WHO PARTICIPATED AND SIMILAR TO THE SECONDARY STUDENTS. YOU CAN SEE THE CHART ON THE RIGHT SHOWS AGAIN THAT REPRESENTATION FROM THE OVERALL ELEMENTARY FBI C STUDENTS AND THEN THE STUDENTS WHO PARTICIPATED IN THE SURVEY. SO AS WE LOOK AT THE DIMENSIONS FOR OUR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS, ONE IMPORTANT NOTE HERE IS THAT THE BEHAVIORAL ENGAGEMENT WAS ACTUALLY NOT PART OF THE VALIDATED INSTRUMENT. SO THE STUDENT ENGAGEMENT INSTRUMENT FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS REALLY ONLY GAVE US INFORMATION ON THE EMOTIONAL AND COGNITIVE ENGAGEMENT. THAT WAS REALLY A NATIONALLY NORMED. WE INCLUDED QUESTIONS FROM THE BEHAVIORAL ENGAGEMENT SO THAT WE COULD KIND OF COMPARE APPLES TO APPLES BETWEEN ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY STUDENTS. UM KIND OF LOOKING AT THAT WHEN YOU LOOK AT THE SCORES FOR EMOTIONAL AND COGNITIVE ENGAGEMENT, YOU CAN SEE THAT BOTH OF THOSE ARE ACTUALLY AT THAT HIGH LEVEL OF ENGAGEMENT FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS. SO THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT TO NOTE AS WE MOVE FORWARD, BECAUSE WE'LL HIGHLIGHT AREAS OF CONCERN, BUT FOR ALL OF THE ELEMENTARY RESPONSES THAT WERE REALLY STRONG RESPONSES WHERE STUDENTS WERE IN HIGH LEVELS OF AGREEMENT, SO THOSE AREAS OF CONCERN DON'T MEAN THAT THEY WERE LOW. IT JUST MEANS WE MIGHT HAVE SEEN A DROP FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR. BUT WE STILL MIGHT BE TALKING ABOUT 88 TO 90% OF STUDENTS WHO EITHER AGREED OR STRONGLY AGREED WITH A COMMENT OR STATEMENT IN THE SURVEY. SOME OF THE THINGS THAT WE SAW WITH BEHAVIORAL ENGAGEMENT. WE DID ASK STUDENTS ABOUT HOW PREPARED THEY FELT TO ENGAGE IN THEIR LEARNING AND ACROSS THE BOARD. I THINK THIS HAS BEEN AROUND 97% OF STUDENTS SAID THAT THEY FELT PREPARED FOR LEARNING EVERY DAY.

SO THAT WAS A REALLY STRONG REPRESENTATION OF THE PREP WORK REALLY THAT THE COMMUNITY DOES TO HELP STUDENTS BE READY TO ENGAGE IN THAT LEARNING. UM SOME OF THE AREAS OF CONCERN SIMILAR TO THE SECONDARY STUDENTS AS WE DID SEE THAT ELEMENTARY STUDENTS HAD A DECREASE IN THEIR PARTICIPATION IN SCHOOL ACTIVITIES AGAIN. WE'RE NOT SURE IF THIS IS A POST COVID TREND, BUT ACROSS BOTH ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY, WE DID SEE FEWER STUDENTS WHO SAID THAT THEY WERE PARTICIPATING AS OFTEN IN CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS AT SCHOOL. IN TERMS OF EMOTIONAL ENGAGEMENT.

WE SAW GROWTH IN HOW STUDENTS REPORTED GETTING SUPPORT FROM MULTIPLE LEVELS. SO THEY REPORTED HIGH LEVELS OF SUPPORT FROM THEIR FAMILY PEERS AND TEACHERS IN TERMS OF BEING ABLE TO CONNECT WITH THEIR LEARNING. WE DID SEE DROPS IN SOME OF THEIR INDICATIONS FOR RELATIONSHIPS THAT THEY HAVE WITH SCHOOL STAFF AND OTHER STUDENTS. AND THIS IS THINGS LIKE BEING ABLE TO GO TO AN ADULT FOR SUPPORT, FEELING LIKE THEY'RE ABLE TO CONNECT WITH OTHER STUDENTS. THESE WERE STILL VERY HIGH NUMBERS IN THE EIGHTIES AND NINETIES, BUT WE DID SEE A SLIGHT DECREASE FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR. FOR FEELINGS OF SAFETY AGAIN. I BELIEVE THIS WAS 87% OF ELEMENTARY STUDENTS SAID THAT THEY FELT SAFE AT SCHOOL, BUT IT WAS JUST LIKE DECREASE FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR. UM, STUDENTS DID ALSO REPORTS LATE DROPS IN THEIR PERCEPTIONS OF HOW FAIR THEY FELT THAT TEACHERS AND ADMINISTRATORS WERE WITH RESPECT TO DISCIPLINE AND BEING CONSISTENT WITH THAT, AND, UH, WE SAW DECREASES IN THE AMOUNT OF PERSONAL SUPPORT THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO GET TO THE STUDENT HAD A PERSONAL ISSUE RATHER THAN AN EDUCATIONAL ISSUE. THEY FELT THAT THEY WEREN'T ABLE TO CONNECT TO ADULTS AS MUCH AS THEY HAD IN PREVIOUS YEARS. WITH COGNITIVE ENGAGEMENT. WE ACTUALLY DIDN'T HAVE ANY AREAS OF CONCERN BECAUSE ALWAYS ALWAYS POSITIVE GROWTH IN THIS AREA FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS, AND THAT WAS REALLY POSITIVE AND IN PARTICULAR THE AREAS THAT WE SAW STUDENTS AT THE ELEMENTARY LEVEL WERE MORE MOTIVATED TO LEARN, AND THEY SAW STRONGER CONNECTIONS TO THEIR COLLEGE CAREER AND FUTURE GOALS. SO THAT'S SOMETHING WE CAN REALLY CAPITALIZE ON AS THE STUDENTS START TO MOVE FROM ELEMENTARY TO MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL. SO AS WE LOOKED AT ALL OF THESE RESULTS, AND WE ACTUALLY COORDINATED THIS WITH THE RESULTS FROM OUR CULTURE AND CLIMATE SURVEY AS WELL, BUT THE DISTRICT IDENTIFIED FOUR KEY AREAS THAT WE WANTED TO FOCUS ON AS WE THINK ABOUT OUR DISTRICT AND OUR CAMPUS IMPROVEMENT PLANS. THOSE THINGS WERE MAKING SURE THAT WE ARE ABLE TO ADDRESS SAFETY AND BEHAVIOR. WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT WE THINK ABOUT STRATEGIES TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS IMPROVE THAT EMOTIONAL CONNECTION THAT STUDENTS FEEL WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT STUDENTS HAVE AN UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT SUPPORT THEY HAVE ACCESS TO, UM SO WE KNOW WE HAVE LOTS OF SUPPORT OPPORTUNITIES, BUT ALL STUDENTS MAY NOT BE AWARE OF WHAT SUPPORT THERE ABLE TO GET. AND THEN LASTLY, WE WANTED TO MAKE SURE THAT STUDENTS ARE ABLE TO IMPROVE THEIR COGNITIVE ENGAGEMENT, MEANING DESIGNING LEARNING EXPERIENCES THAT HELP THEM CONNECT BACK TO THAT REAL WORLD KIND OF EXPERIENCE OR THAT POST SECONDARY KIND OF EXPERIENCE. SO THIS INFORMATION WAS SHARED BOTH THE DISTRICT AND CAMPUS LEADERS. SO THERE WAS AN OVERALL DISTRICT REPORT. AND THEN EACH CAMPUS GOT AN INDIVIDUALIZED REPORT WITH THEIR RESULTS FROM THEIR STUDENTS ON THEIR CAMPUS. THIS INFORMATION WAS USED TO HELP DEVELOP THE DISTRICT IN THE CAMPUS IMPROVEMENT PLANS, AS WELL AS INDIVIDUAL STRATEGIES TO HELP US KIND OF ACHIEVE THAT, AS WE MOVE INTO THE NEXT YEAR. SO THAT IS KIND OF THE KEY INFORMATION FROM THAT, BUT I'M HAPPY TO TAKE ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT THIS STRUCTURE.

INFORMATION FROM THE SURVEY. YEAH. FOR THIS THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY. WE DIDN'T REALLY LOOK AT THE CORRELATION BETWEEN THOSE THIS WAS REALLY JUST BASED ON THE STUDENT PERCEPTIONS. SO STUDENTS THE QUESTION, I BELIEVE WAS HOW MUCH TIME EACH WEEK DO

[00:20:03]

YOU SPEND PARTICIPATING IN CLUBS OR ACTIVITIES AND THE RANGE WAS LESS THAN AN HOUR A WEEK BETWEEN 2 TO 3 HOURS A WEEK FOR 25 KIND OF SO FORTH, SO I GAVE THEM A SCALE AND MORE STUDENTS REPORTED SPENDING LESS THAN AN HOUR A WEEK IN CLUBS OR ACTIVITIES AND THEY HAD IN PREVIOUS YEARS. I'M SORRY. YOUR QUESTION WAS, DID WE LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF CLUBS AND ORGANIZATIONS AT THE ELEMENTARY LEVEL TO SEE IF THERE WAS A CHANGE FROM THE PREVIOUS YEAR, AND HOW MANY WE HAD.

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

[00:25:04]

EXCITED ABOUT SCHOOL AGAIN. SO WE DID SEE AN INCREASE KIND OF A DIP BETWEEN 8TH AND 9TH GRADE WITH THAT TRANSITION TO HIGH SCHOOL, AND THEN IT'S A STEADY INCREASE BACK TO GRADUATION.

OKAY WELL, PLEASE HELP ME GIVE A ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR THIS DATA IN.

OKAY SO THIS TIME WE HAVE A SPECIAL GUEST FOR TODAY. UM THIS IS A WOMAN THAT I'VE KNOWN A FEW MONTHS. MY GIRL SCOUT TROOP ACTUALLY WENT OVER TO HER FARM. IS ANYBODY HERE FROM HARVEST GREEN COMMUNITY. OKAY A COUPLE OF YAY! EXCELLENT SO WE HAVE A YOUNG LADY NAMED BETHANY BUSA.

IS THAT CORRECT? PRESET AND SHE IS FROM AGM ENTITY, UM AND HARVEST GREEN, AND SHE'S JUST GOING TO GIVE US A QUICK AND DO YOU WANT TO COME UP TO THE MIKE? YEAH. COME ON UP. SHE'S JUST GOING TO GIVE US A QUICK BLIP. UM AND THEN SHE ALSO WAS OUR PROVIDER OF OUR AWARDS. SO REMEMBER, YOU SHOULD BE THINKING ABOUT YOUR OBJECTIVE FOR THE MEETING. FLIP IT OVER RIGHT YOUR BIRTHDAY. AND IN A FEW MINUTES WE'RE GOING TO GIVE AWAY A PRIZE E THANK YOU, ALISON. UM I DO SEE SOME FAMILIAR FACES AND NAMES, UM, FROM OUR PUBLIC VEGGIE SHARE THAT WE OFFER THROUGH HARVEST SCREEN AND THEN MELANIE HERE IS A VOLUNTEER EVERY THURSDAY, SO IT'S GREAT TO SEE FAMILIAR FACES THAT COME TO THE FARM AND RECEIVED THE PRODUCE THAT WE HAVE TO OFFER AND THAT'S ALLISON SAID, WHERE A SMALL SCALE VEGETABLE FARM IN THE HARVEST GREEN NEIGHBORHOOD, UM AND KIND OF OUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVE IS TO SERVE THE IMMEDIATE COMMUNITY OF THE HARVEST GREEN NEIGHBORHOOD, BUT WE'RE VERY COMMUNITY FOCUSED , SO WE ALWAYS LOOK TO SERVE THE BROADER PUBLIC AND ESPECIALLY CHILDREN, BECAUSE, UM, STARTING HEALTHY EATING HABITS, UM IN KIDS IS HOW WE GROW HEALTHIER COMMUNITIES. SO RECENTLY. RECENTLY WE STARTED, UM, PARTNERING WITH FORT BENNING, SD AND A COUPLE OF THE SCHOOL'S NEW ELEMENTARY, WHICH IS IN THE HARVEST GREEN NEIGHBORHOOD AND THEN COMMONWEALTH. SO EACH MONTH WE PROVIDE THEM A VEGETABLE SAMPLE TO OFFER THE CHILDREN. UM AND THEY GET TO TASTE DIFFERENT VEGGIES KIND OF THROUGHOUT THE YEAR THAT ARE GROWN REALLY LIKE IN THEIR OWN BACKYARD. YOU CAN'T REALLY GET FRESHER PRODUCE THAN JUST A FEW MILES DOWN THE ROAD.

UM SO THAT'S BEEN REALLY WONDERFUL TO SEE. AND WE RECENTLY GOT LIKE A BUNDLE OF THANK YOU CARDS FROM THE KIDS, SO IT'S JUST VERY INSPIRING AS FARMERS TO BE REALLY CONNECTED TO THE COMMUNITY IN THAT WAY. UM AND SO THERE ARE SOME FLYERS IN THE BACK FOR EVENTS COMING UP ON THE FARM UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR. WE HAVE FARM TOURS, SO IF YOU'RE EVER LOOKING TO GET INVOLVED IN YOUR LOCAL AGRICULTURAL COMMUNITY, UM AND EAT FRESH PRODUCE, AND THEN I WELCOME YOU THERE, THERE'S A THERE ARE FIRES FOR OUR VEGETABLES SHARES. WELL, IF YOU WANT TO CHECK THAT OUT. UM BUT I THINK MY MOM WAS A SCHOOL NURSE, SO SHE WAS VERY INVOLVED IN SHOCK WHEN I WAS GROWING UP. SO THIS IS KIND OF CLOSE TO MY HEART, TOO. AND I THINK, UM, INSPIRING OTHERS TO EAT HEALTHY IS REALLY LIKE ONE OF THE MAIN WAYS WE CAN STAY HEALTHY AS A COMMUNITY BECAUSE FOOD IS REALLY OUR MEDICINE. SO UM, YEAH, THANK YOU ALL FOR WELCOMING ME, AND I HOPE WHOEVER WINS THE VEGETABLE BOX ENJOYS IT. SO THANK YOU. THANK YOU. AND TO CONTINUE OUR FARM FRESH MONTH. UM, WE HAVE AE GONNA ROLL, TOO. WE CALLED YOU IN A FEW MINUTES.

SO WHO'S COMING UP? IS NICOLE YOU BROUGHT YOU DID I SAY IT RIGHT? YOU'RE ON CHECK AND SHE IS THE NEIL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PTO VICE CHAIR, SO SHE'S GOING TO BE SHARING SOME INFORMATION ABOUT HER GARDEN CLUB. I JUST REALIZED I'M NOT ON. OKAY THIS IS NICOLE. YOU'RE A CHICK, AND SHE'S GOING TO SHE'S THE NEO PTO VICE PRESIDENT FOR THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, AND SHE'S GOING TO BE SHARING SOME SLIDES ON THE NEIL GARDEN. SO PLEASE HELP ME WELCOME HER UP. MY MIGHT BE I T HOMES. THANK YOU, THOMAS. THIS ONE. HELLO? YEAH, OKAY. I'M NOT SURE HOW TO MAKE IT BIGGER.

[00:30:02]

MAYBE A HIGH SCHOOL. MY I T DEPARTMENT IS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. HE USUALLY HELPS ME WITH THIS STUFF. WE CAN DO IT. THIS SITE. THIS SIZE IS GOOD TOO, OKAY? OKAY, THAT'S FINE. AND THEN JUST PRESS ENTER TO GO FORWARD. AWESOME UM ALLISON JUST ASKED ME TO SHARE ABOUT OUR NEIL GARDEN. WE'VE HAD IT GOING FOR ABOUT THREE YEARS NOW. AND JUST SOME OF THE SUCCESSES OF THE NEIL GARDEN. UM THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WHEN WE HAVE AN INVENTOR, OR LIKE LITERACY NIGHT. WE LIKE TO LIGHT IT UP A LITTLE BIT, SO PEOPLE ARE CURIOUS ABOUT WHAT'S GOING ON OUTSIDE AND THEN THEY'LL COME LOOK AT THE GARDEN. WE HAVE HAD OUR GARDEN CLUB FOR SEVERAL YEARS. UM USUALLY IT'S THE 3RD 4TH AND 5TH GRADERS WILL HAVE A ACTIVITY AFTER SCHOOL HERE. YOU CAN SEE ONE TIME WE PLANTED, UM, SEEDS IN EGGSHELLS, AND THEN I LIKE TO DO KIND OF SHOWY THINGS. WE HAD THE 9 FT, UM SUNFLOWERS OVER THERE. THERE WAS ALWAYS ATTRACT A LOT OF ATTENTION. AND THEN, UM, WHEN WE GROW STUFF WE LIKE TO GROW STUFF THAT'S FAST GROWING THAT STUFF LIKE KALE, LETTUCE. UM AND YOU CAN HARVEST IT AND THEN IT WILL REGROW SEVERAL TIMES. WE ALSO LIKE TO GROW STUFF LIKE BEETS AND RADISHES. UM WHICH ARE ALSO FAST TO HARVEST. WE ALSO LIKE TO GROW STUFF SOMETIMES THAT IS FREE AND A LOT OF TIMES THAT STUFF FROM BETHANY'S FARM.

SHE'LL CONTACT ME AND SAY, LIKE, HEY, WE HAVE TOO MANY SQUASHES, AND SO I'LL COME AND GET THE PLANTS AND THEN WE'LL PUT THEM IN THERE. GARDEN THE PICTURE HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF THIS WAS ACTUALLY SOMEBODY IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD HAD SWEET POTATOES SLIPS. UM AND THEY HAD TOO MANY, AND WE PLANTED THEM. UM IN THE GARDEN, AND WE GOT I HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY POUNDS THAT'S PROBABLY AT LEAST 30 TO £40 OF SWEET POTATOES IN JUST TWO GARDEN BEDS. UM WE ALSO LAST YEAR WE GREW ENOUGH MIZUNA LETTUCE THAT THAT WAS ONE OF OUR HARVEST OF THE MONTHS. SO EVERY STUDENT THAT WANTED YOU GOT TO TRY THE MIZUNA LETTUCE FOR FEBRUARY AND THEN WE FEATURED THE KIDS IN THE GARDEN CLUB. UM AS THE FARMERS FOR THAT MONTH NORMALLY, LIKE BETHANY SAID, WE WOULD FEED FEATURE ONE OF THOSE FARMERS. BUT THIS YEAR OR THIS MONTH IT WAS OUR KIDS SO WE'RE HOPING TO BE ABLE TO GROW SOMETHING ENOUGH THAT, UM MAYBE WE CAN DO ONE OF THE HARVEST OF THE MONTH AGAIN WITH THE GARDEN CLUB. UM WE ALSO PART OF THE GARDEN IS ALSO A POLLINATOR GARDEN. UM WE'RE REALLY LUCKY IN THAT WHERE WE LIVE. WE'RE IN THE PATH OF THE SWALLOWTAIL BUTTERFLY, THE MONARCH AND THE GULF. HILLARY'S I MEAN, THAT'S FOR ALL OF FORT BEN, IF YOU PLANT UM, THESE PLANTS FOR SWALLOWTAIL, ITS ROOT, PARSLEY AND DILL. UM MONARCHS LAY THEIR EGGS ON MILKWEED ENGULF FOR HILLARY'S LAY THEIR EGGS ON PASSION. FINE IF YOU LIVE IN FORT BAND AND YOU, UM PLANT THOSE IN YOUR GARDEN, MOST LIKELY YOU'RE GOING TO GET BUTTERFLIES AT SOME POINT, SO THAT'S JUST A LITTLE TIP ARE, UM , BUTTERFLIES. THERE'S A MONARCH HERE IF YOU CAN SEE I DON'T KNOW HOW WELL YOU CAN SEE OUR GARDEN BEDS HAD A LITTLE LIP ON THERE.

THEY SEEM TO LIKE TO PUT THEIR CRYSTALLIZES THERE, WHICH WAS AWESOME BECAUSE IT WAS LIKE THE PERFECT DISPLAY OF YOU WOULD SEE THIS LITTLE GREEN CRYSTAL IS AND THEN EVEN AFTER THEY CLOSED THE LITTLE, UM THAT WHAT THEY ARE CLOSED FROM IS TRANSPARENT AND THEY'LL BE THERE FOR A DAY OR TWO. SO IT'S GREAT FOR THE KIDS TO BE ABLE TO COME BY WITH THEIR CLASS AND LOOK AT IT AND SEE WHAT'S GOING ON. UM WE'VE RUN THE GARDEN CLUB PRETTY CHEAPLY I'VE HAD OVER THE SUMMER.

SOMETIMES WE PULL A LOT OF THE BED OUT JUST BECAUSE WE'RE LUCKY IN TEXAS. IT'S PRETTY MUCH A 24 OR 12 MONTH, UM, GARDENING SEASON. SO FOR THE SUMMER, WE PULL A LOT OF THIS STUFF OUT JUST BECAUSE NO ONE'S THERE, SO THERE'S NO REASON FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND DO A LOT OF WORK IF IT'S NOT GOING TO BE ENJOYED. UM WE DID HAVE THIS SWEET POTATOES THAT CAME OVER THIS SUMMER AND WE WANTED TO KEEP THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE SO POPULAR SO, BUT LUCKILY THERE'S A GIRL SCOUT, UM IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD, AND THEY LIKE TO GET VOLUNTEER HOURS, SO SHE GAVE THE TEACHERS AND I BREAK FOR THE SUMMER AND CAME TO WATER FOR US. AND THEN, UM, SEED PACKETS I FOUND IF YOU UM. EMAIL

[00:35:08]

THE COMPANIES THAT HAVE CPAC IT'S YOU DON'T HAVE TO EAT IT. MALE VERY MANY BEFORE YOU GET SEED PACKETS. IF YOU SAY YOU WANT THEM FOR A SCHOOL, THERE WAS 16 SEED SAVERS. THEY SENT ME 50 PACKETS ONE TIME, SO I HAD, LIKE TOO MANY WAY TOO MANY SEEDS. I WOULD SAY WE WERE GIVING THEM OUT TO OTHER SCHOOLS AND TRYING TO, UM DO THINGS WITH IT. LIKE I SAID, UM, THE FARM GIVES US IF THEY HAVE ACCESS THINGS, THEY WILL GIVE THEM TO US AS WELL. AND THEN THE MORE YOU TALK ABOUT IT, AND HERE WE HAD ONE MOM OF A STUDENT. SHE GROW OUT HELLO, AND SHE'S REALLY GOOD AT GROWING IT, AND SO IT REPRODUCED AND REPRODUCED. AND THEN SHE GAVE US SOME. SO I FIND THE MORE YOU TALK ABOUT IT. THE MORE PEOPLE WILL OFFER THINGS AND OFFER RESOURCES. THEY'RE ACTUALLY SOMEBODY HERE BECAUSE WE WERE TALKING ABOUT THIS IN THE NUTRITION, UM, DEPARTMENT.

OH AND THERE'S SOMEBODY HERE THAT SHE SAID WE WERE TALKING. SHE'S LIKE I HAVE BASIL FOR YOU.

SO IT'S ALL AROUND. IF YOU TALK ENOUGH, THERE'S ENOUGH FARMERS AND WE ALL LIKE TO SHARE. SO UM, I JUST WANTED TO GIVE YOU A LITTLE IDEA AND MAYBE A LITTLE INSPIRATION. IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT GET, UM, PUTTING A GARDEN IN THE SCHOOL, AND I'M ALWAYS HAPPY TO HELP. UM ANYBODY AT ANY TIME IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, AND, UH SHARE MY SEEDS AND KNOWLEDGE. THANKS.

CLOSE YOUR EYES, DIZZINESS. EXCELLENT THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PRESENTING. AND I HOPE STUDENTS YOU THINK ABOUT MAYBE TAKING A GARDEN IDEA BACK TO YOUR CAMPUS. UM AND EVERYBODY ELSE. SAME

I'M GONNA INVITE MISS SANDY BRISTOL UP TO SPEAK ABOUT THE FALSE SUMMIT FOR ACTION FOR HEALTHY KIDS. THANK YOU. OKAY I JUST WANT TO INVITE EVERYBODY TO JOIN OUR TEXAS ACTION FOR HEALTHY KIDS. FALSE SUMMIT. IT'S NEXT TUESDAY. THE 24TH. FROM 11 30 TO 4 30. THEN ON WEDNESDAY MORNING FROM 8, 30 TO 12, SO OUR FOCUS THIS YEAR IS, UM, BUT PUTTING ALL THE PIECES TOGETHER FOR A WHOLE CHILD. WE HAVE GREAT SPEAKERS. WE HAVE A PARENT, UM, SECTION ALLISON HAS AGREED TO SPEAK AS THE SHOCK CHAIR. IN OUR CONFERENCE. UM, WE'RE ALSO I THINK I. WELL, WE'RE GONNA HAVE SOME OF Y'ALL STUDENTS, AT LEAST A COUPLE THAT ARE GOING TO PARTICIPATE ON THE YOUTH. PANEL, WHICH WILL BE AT THE END OF THE DAY ON TUESDAY. SO WE HAVE STUDENTS FROM MY FOUNDATION OLIVER FOUNDATION. WE HAVE A COUPLE OF FOUR H STUDENTS FROM TEXAS AGRILIFE. AT A AND M AND THEN WE'RE GONNA HAVE TO STUDENTS FROM YOUR GROUP COME AND TALK, SO THAT'S ALWAYS A BIG HIT. WE WHEN WE MET IN PERSON WE USED TO HAVE THE KIDS COME AND DO AN ACTUAL LIVE PANEL. AND THEN DURING COVID. WE DID VIDEOS AND PLAY THOSE JUST PERIODICALLY THROUGHOUT. AND IT'S. IT'S KIND OF DIFFICULT TO DO ALL THESE VIDEOS AND GET THEM ALL TOGETHER . SO THIS WILL BE ON THE ZOOM MEETING AND I DO HAVE SOME FLYERS ON THE TABLE IF YOU'RE INTERESTED. IF THERE'S NO MORE FLYERS JUST LET ME KNOW AND I'LL EMAIL YOU THE INFORMATION YOU CAN REGISTER. IT'S FREE. AND HOPEFULLY WE'LL HAVE SOME OF YOU JOIN OUR WEBINAR. ZOOM MEETING. THANK YOU. AND WE JUST WANTED TO HIGHLIGHT UM GARCIA MIDDLE SCHOOL IN OAKLAND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. UM THEY CELEBRATED NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH WEEK AND WE HAVE A COUPLE OF PICTURES FOR YOU TO SEE. ALSO I WANT TO NOTE THAT THERE WERE A LOT OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS THAT HAD WONDERFUL WALKING BACK TO SCHOOL DAYS. WE HAVE A LOT OF PICTURES OF THE STUDENTS WALKING TO SCHOOL WITH THEIR PARENTS, SO A LOT OF THE CAMPUS ONES. COMMITTEES HAVE BEEN DOING AN AMAZING JOB HIGHLIGHTING NEEDS WELLNESS OBSERVANCE STAIRS. AND ALSO THERE WILL BE THE DRUG TAKE BACK. IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S GOING TO BE ON OCTOBER. THE 28TH FROM 10 TO 2. SORRY THE DRUG TAKE BACK WAS SOMETHING WE KIND OF

[00:50:02]

JUST POPPED IN WITH DRUG TAKE BACK IS IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY HAVE ANY PRESCRIPTION DRUGS OR OVER THE COUNTER DRUGS THAT ARE EXPIRED, YOU'RE NO LONGER USING. IF YOU HAVE SYRINGES. YOU CAN BRING SYRINGES AS WELL. BUT THIS WOULD BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO DRIVE THROUGH THE PARKING LOT COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS AND YOU DROP OFF ANY OF YOUR OLD MEDICAL SUPPLIES THAT YOU'RE NO LONGER USING, SO I REALLY ENCOURAGE EVERYBODY I'VE DONE THIS EVERY YEAR IN OCTOBER AND APRIL FOR THE PAST. I DON'T KNOW. FIVE YEARS, SO LOOKED THROUGH YOUR MEDICINE. CABINET BECAUSE ONE OF THE BIGGEST SOURCES FOR UM, DRUGS THAT ARE KIND OF GETTING OUT THERE IS THE MEDICINE CABINET. SO YOU KNOW, DO A QUICK STOCK OF YOUR OWN MEDICINE CABINET AND JUST DO A DRIVE THROUGH. IT'S REALLY FAST HERE HERE AT THE SIGNS AND ARROWS AND YOU BASICALLY COME OFF OF LEXINGTON AND THEN YOU EXIT, I THINK ONTO AUSTIN PARKWAY. IT'S VERY EASY. IT TAKES, LIKE SIX MINUTES. SO OKAY, QUICK PLUG, SO WE DO HAVE SOME LIAISONS AND THEN STUDENTS. I ALSO WANT YOU TO THINK ABOUT YOURSELF AS BEING A LIAISON LIAISON DOES IS THEY TAKE INFORMATION AND DISTRIBUTE IT. SO WHAT ARE OUR LIAISONS DOING WITH THE SHOCK MEETING? THERE ARE FEW ITEMS THAT YOU CAN THINK ABOUT. WE TALKED A LOT. LAST MEETING ABOUT CAMPUS WELLNESS COMMITTEES AND THE STUDENT WELLNESS COMMITTEES. SO IF YOU HAVE NOT JOINED YOUR CAMPUS WELLNESS COMMITTEE, I CALLED A QUICK OR YOU'RE SWICK. IT'S TIME TO REACH OUT TO YOUR PRINCIPAL. YOUR AP, UM SOMEBODY WHO IS OWNING THAT CAMPUS WELLNESS COMMITTEE AND JOIN IT, SEE IF YOU CAN BRING THIS INFORMATION BACK TO THE CAMPUS. OKAY SO THAT'S NUMBER ONE. SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THE STUDENT SURVEY. DID ANYBODY FIND SOME OF THAT INTERESTING STUDENT SURVEY? OKAY GOOD INFORMATION, SO TAKE THAT BACK TO YOUR CAMPUS. HOW CAN YOU USE THAT? HOW CAN YOU MAKE THAT? UM TAKE THAT ACTION ITEM BACK TO THE CAMPUS. HOW DO YOU SUPPORT STUDENT WELLNESS AND EXCITEMENT IN THE LITTLE GRADES ABOUT CAREER, RIGHT? YOU GUYS AS HIGH SCHOOL AS YOU CAN TALK TO ELEMENTARY KIDS. HEY ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT YOUR FUTURE? YOU MIGHT NOT THINK ABOUT YOU GUYS AS BEING MENTORS, BUT FOR LITTLE 2ND AND 3RD GRADERS. THEY LOOK UP TO YOU GUYS IN HIGH SCHOOL.

AND IF YOU HAVE A KID IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD HEY, MAN, HOW'S HOW'S SCHOOL GOING, YOU KNOW? ARE YOU EXCITED? DO YOU LIKE SCHOOL? DON'T BE FREE. AFRAID TO ENGAGE IN. YOU KNOW THE YOUNGER KIDS. SO NUMBER THREE. USE THAT SURVEY INFORMATION TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IF YOU KNOW THAT YOUR CAMPUS IS SUFFERING FROM MENTAL HEALTH OR ENGAGEMENT OR LOW MOTIVATION. SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO STUDENTS. YOU HAVE A GREAT, UM, IMPACT. YOU CAN MAKE A HUGE IMPACT ON YOUR CAMPUS. NUMBER FOUR. THINK ABOUT STARTING A SCHOOL GARDEN. WE HAVE LOTS OF RESOURCES ON OUR SHACK V H S.

YOU CAN CERTAINLY COME AND TALK TO NICOLE ABOUT IT. UM IF YOU NEED ANY RESOURCES THERE, THERE ARE LOTS OF PEOPLE. BETHANY FROM THE GARDEN. LOTS OF RESOURCES IN THE COMMUNITY. UM NUMBER FIVE.

WE PUT A BUNCH OF CAMPUS WELLNESS ACTIVITY EVENTS AND COMMUNITY EVENTS. RIGHT? THE DRUG TAKE BACK OR THE MISSOURI CITY FUND RUN. THESE ARE THINGS THAT YOU CAN DO. YOU CAN ROLL THEM OUT TO SOCIAL MEDIA. IF YOU'RE A PTO, PRESIDENT OR COMMITTEE CHAIR. SEND THEM TO YOUR PTO. LET'S LET'S ROLL OUT AND GET THE COMMUNITY INVOLVED. AND NUMBER FIVE OR NUMBER SIX PROMOTING HEALTH INITIATIVES. THESE THIS IS THE FORT BEND HIGHEST HEALTH INITIATIVE CALENDAR. SO UPCOMING WE HAVE THE WEBINAR TONIGHT. WE'D LOVE TO SEE EVERYBODY ON FROM 6 TO 7 AND THEN THE ASTROS PLACE SO IT SHOULDN'T GET IN THE WAY WE HAVE THE DRUG. TAKE BACK DAY. UM AND THEN IN NOVEMBER, DIABETES MONTH . UH WE HAVE OUR SECONDARY OPTIONS WEBINAR IN NOVEMBER AND THEN BEFORE A SHOCK MEETING WILL HAVE NATIONAL HANDWASHING AWARENESS WEEK. EVERYBODY BE SURE YOU'RE WASHING YOUR HANDS AND NATIONAL FLU VACCINATION WEEK, SO THAT'S WHAT UPCOMING EVENTS LIAISON STUDENTS WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO TAKE THIS INFORMATION BACK TO YOUR CAMPUS.

[IV. Meeting in Closed Session]

SO AT THIS TIME WE ARE GOING TO HAVE ABOUT 20 TO 30 MINUTE BREAK OF SUBCOMMITTEES AND WHAT? WHY I WOULD LIKE FOR SUBCOMMITTEES TO THINK ABOUT STUDENTS. SO LAST TIME YOU CHOSE A SUBCOMMITTEE, WE DO WANT NO MORE THAN TWO STUDENTS FROM YOUR CAMPUS IN EACH SUBCOMMITTEE, SO IF EVERYBODY RUNS TO SAFETY, THEN WE NEED YOU KNOW, WE NEED A LITTLE BIT OF DIVERSITY. SO ONE OR TWO STUDENTS FOR YOUR CAMPUS, BUT WE DO HAVE ENOUGH SUBCOMMITTEES FOR EVERYBODY TO DISPERSE. OKAY WHAT I'D LIKE FOR YOU TO DO IS DISCUSS YOUR GOALS. IS YOUR SUBCOMMITTEE HAVE THEY ESTABLISHED GOALS FOR THE YEAR? ARE THEY WORKING TOWARDS GOALS? UM WHAT ARE SOME STEPS YOU CAN TAKE IN THIS MEETING? WHAT ARE SOME ACTION ITEMS? I SIT ON NUTRITION. WE'RE DOING A NUTRITION CONTEST IN THE SPRING. WHAT CAN YOU DO NOW TO TAKE STEPS TO GET READY FOR THAT? AND THEN IN A FEW MINUTES IT'S UM WE'RE ACTUALLY AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, SO WE'LL ADJOURN THE MEETING. BUT AT THIS TIME, WHAT I WANT TO DO IS SAFETY IS GOING TO BE UP HERE WITH ME. AH NUTRITION WILL HAVE IN THIS CORNER OVER HERE. PEARL CAN YOU KIND OF GATHER NUTRITION? OKAY, UM, LET'S SEE. ADVOCACY JENNA, CAN YOU DO ADVOCACY WILL PUT ADVOCACY BY THE T V. UM UM CHILD HEALTH, CHILD HEALTH THAT'S GOING TO BE SCL EMOTIONAL, SOCIAL, EMOTIONAL LEARNING WILL

[00:55:02]

HAVE IT. LET'S SAY OVER HERE. MY MISSING I FEEL LIKE I'M HEALTH AND PE HEALTH AND PE. WHERE DO YOU WANT TO BE? KIM BACK CORNER. OKAY THAT CORNER OVER HERE SO STUDENTS IF YOU COULD PICK ONE OF THOSE SUBCOMMITTEES AND PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF STUDENTS WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU. SO LAST TIME, MY SAFETY COMMITTEE HAD A LOT OF INPUT. WE WANT THIS TO BE A VOICE. SOME COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE DISTRICT AND THE STUDENTS, AND THEN LET'S LET'S TRY AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE. OKAY SO IF YOU COULD GO IN AND SPLIT INTO YOUR SUBCOMMITTEE AT THIS TIME VERY GOOD. ALRIGHT IF YOU HEAR MY VOICE CRAP ONCE TWICE, THREE TIMES FOUR TIMES. ALRIGHT LET'S GIVE IT UP FOR A SHACK. ALRIGHT SO WE'RE GOING TO BRING OUT MISS ANGELA ESPINOSA TO GIVE HER STUDENT ONE, OF COURSE, IS A SHOUT OUT AND TO TALK ABOUT THE THINK TANK THAT'S TAKING PLACE ON NOVEMBER 29TH. RIGHT NUMBER CAN'T REMEMBER. OKAY? YES, THANK YOU. OKAY? CAN YOU HEAR ME? THIS IS WORKING. CAN YOU HEAR ME? OKAY. THANK YOU. SORRY MY VOICE IS REALLY FAST BECAUSE I'M GETTING OVER BEING SICK. SO I APOLOGIZE. UM SO THIS WEEK OR TODAY, THE STUDENTS MET WITH WITH ME AND WITH EACH OTHER ABOUT, UM, THE THINK TANK, SO THIS WILL BE OUR SECOND OFFICIAL THINK TANK FOR THE FOREBRAIN IASI SHOCK AND THEN ALSO WHAT WE'RE CALLING NOW, THE DISTRICT STUDENT WELLNESS COALITION OR THE COALITION. IT WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 29TH FROM 6 30 TO 8 HERE, IT WILL PROBABLY NOT TAKE UNTIL 8 P.M, BUT I JUST WANT TO LIKE BLOCK OFF THAT TIME JUST IN CASE. UM I KNOW THAT YOU GUYS ARE GONNA HAVE REALLY GREAT QUESTIONS FOR OUR STUDENTS. OUR STUDENTS WILL PRESENT UM THEIR TOPICS. AND THEN THEY WILL HAVE A FLOOR FOR QUESTIONS. SO ESSENTIALLY, THEY'RE GOING TO PRESENT. UM BASED ON THINGS THAT THEY HEARD. TODAY'S MEETING WAS REALLY LIKE PERFECT TIMING BECAUSE THEY GOT TO HEAR THIS STUFF FROM THE STUDENT. UM THE STUDENT SURVEY. SO THAT WAS REALLY HELPFUL, AND THEN THEY'VE ALSO TALKED ABOUT THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN GOING ON ON THEIR CAMPUSES AND THINGS LIKE THAT. SO THEY'RE GOING TO BE PRESENTING, UH THEIR MISSION AND GOAL, AN ISSUE THAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO ADDRESS ON THEIR CAMPUS AND THEN THE FORBIDDEN EDUCATION . THE FORBIDDEN. I SEE EDUCATION FOUNDATION IS GOING TO BE PROVIDING PRIZE MONEY 1ST, 2ND AND 3RD. UM AND THEN THAT WAS DONATED FROM UNITED HEALTHCARE AND SO I DON'T. I'M REALLY BAD WITH NUMBERS, SO I HAD TO LOOK IT UP. RIGHT? SO UM, FIRST PLACE WILL GET 1202ND PLACE WILL GET 800. THEN THIRD PLACE WILL GET $500. AND SO AGAIN, THEY'LL GET TO USE THAT MONEY TO SUPPORT ALL THE INITIATIVES THAT THEY'RE GOING TO BE COMING UP WITH, UM, PRESENTING AT THE THINK TANK. SO LAST YEAR, WE HAD OUR HIGHTOWER COALITION AND THEY WON $1500 LAST YEAR AND THEY DID A LOT OF REALLY COOL THINGS. SO WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS YEAR'S THINK TANK. AND WE HAVE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE. THAT'S IT. YEAH, OKAY. BESIDES THEIR STUDENT WELLNESS COMMITTEE LEADER ON CAMPUS, CAN THEY ALSO ACCESS? UM SOME OF US? UM MISS ESPINOSA AS FAR AS IF THEY NEED EXTRA HELP, OR YES, OKAY, SO STUDENTS, IF YOU ARE GOING TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS CONTEST IS A CONTEST. I HAD THAT QUESTION EARLIER, SO IT IS A CONTEST. YOU'RE COMPETING AGAINST THE OTHER HIGH SCHOOLS IN THE DISTRICT. AND SO YES, IF YOU HAVE STAKEHOLDERS YOU'D LIKE TO REACH OUT TO FOR ASSISTANCE. IF YOU HAVE A PROPOSAL, MAYBE REACH OUT, SEE WHAT PEOPLE THINK. AND THEN JOIN THE COMPETITION. SO I'M REALLY EXCITED, HAPPY IT'S OUR SECOND YEAR. AND REALLY GRATEFUL THAT UNITED HEALTHCARE WAS ABLE TO DONATE THE FUNDS SO EXCELLENT.

OH, MY BABY. OKAY? HMM THAT'S AWESOME. OKAY SO ALL 11 HIGH SCHOOLS. OKAY UM, I DID WANT TO JUST MAKE SURE THERE WERE NO OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS THAT WE MISSED BEFORE WE ADJOURN THE

[01:00:04]

NEXT MEETING. DID ANYBODY HAVE ANY OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS TO MAKE? PRIZES. DID YOU TURN IN ONE? IT'S AN OBJECTIVE. NO. OKAY SO MISS GREEN IS GOING. TO CLOSE YOUR LIFE, RIGHT? THANK YOU FOR A LITTLE BOWL HOME BOWL IN FRONT OF YOU. OKAY MISS GREEN IS GOING TO PICK. ONE. OKAY AND OPEN IT UP. AND WE'RE GOING TO JUST READ THE BACK. WE'RE GOING TO READ THE BIRTHDAY. AND IF SOMEBODY HAS MULTIPLE BIRTHDAYS WILL HAVE TO FLIP IT OVER AND SEE WHAT THE OBJECTIVE IS. APRIL 4TH, WHOSE BIRTHDAY IS APRIL 4TH? YES, YES. OKAY OKAY. WHAT'S YOUR NAME TO IS A VISIT? WHAT'S YOUR LAST NAME? WE AND FROM WHICH CAMPUS TRAVIS. OKAY SO SHE WILL BE GETTING OUR LOVELY BOX OF FRESH PRODUCE. HOPEFULLY SHE DROVE OR HAS A CARPOOL SO SHE WANTED TO TAKE THE PRODUCE ON THE BUS, BUT I'M REALLY GLAD THAT EVERYBODY CAME AND CELEBRATED FARM FRESH MONTH. YOU HAVE A LOT OF OBJECTIVES, THINGS THAT YOU CAN TAKE BACK TO YOUR CAMPUS, YOUR COMMUNITY YOUR HOME AND OUR NEXT SHOCK MEETING WILL BE ON WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 6TH FROM 12 TO 2 RIGHT HERE. AND AT T
